Evergreen Aviation Technologies Corporation's facilities occupy an area of 42,270 sq. meters, including hangar space spanning 4 hangars, a powerplant shop, a powerplant test cell, multiple accessory shops, storage warehouse and offices.

With cubic dimensions of 200 meters wide, 95 meters deep and 40 meters high, 12,900-sq. meter of space, Hangar 1 can accommodate simultaneously three wide-body aircraft. The second hangar offers another 11,000-sq. meter of space designed to accommodate 1 wide-body aircraft and 2 narrow-body aircraft. The third hangar offers 8,500-sq. meter of space designed to hold 2 wide-body aircraft at the same time.
The three hangars feature free-standing beam-less steel designs. The modern facilities are supported by automated fuselage docks, floor-wide power feeds, compressed air outlets and wireless networks to make them advanced state-of-the-art maintenance hardware in Taiwan.
A fourth hangar with 4,700-sq.meter of space serves to shelter 1 narrow body aircraft during its maintenance duration.
