Policy
EGAT is committed to a creating safe and healthy working environment in order to promote and perpetuate the safety culture that minimizes occupational disasters, and safeguards personnel occupational safety and health to (1) manage the risks of accidental damage and human error, and (2) to sustain work productivity. As a corporate body, we are committed to defining, measuring and improving the elements that will impact personnel safety, ground safety and flight safety through the effective execution of the Corporate Safety & Health Management System that enlists the active participation of all employees. Risks are thereby contained and potential hazards averted through the each personnel's ownership of safety in our workplace.

 
We are accomplishing these goals through the implementation of the EGAT Safety and Health Framework Elements. These elements ensure:
Clear statement of the safety and health policy.
Safe and healthy working environment for all employees, as well as contractors, consistent with regulatory requirements.
Established procedures to recognize, evaluate, and control safety and health hazards.
Appropriate levels of safety and health training for all employees.
Both management and employee involvement in safety and health.
Defined responsibilities, accountability and disciplinary action for both management and employee in all functions.
Continuous evaluation and update of the safety and health programs to ensure constant improvement and effectiveness.
At EGAT, we realize that our most valued assets are human capital found in our employees and their safety is of utmost important us. Both management and employees are a collective a team working together to accomplish the common goal of a safe and healthy working environment.  
Labor safety & health voluntary protection program perform the following duties.
To establish labor safety & health management rules.
To improve workplace safety & health.
To promote safety & health self-inspection.
To manage mechanical equipment.
To manage dangerous materials & toxic materials.
To implement measurement of work environment.
To implement labor health examinations, and health management.
To implement occupational accident investigation and response, and compile occupational accident statistics.
To implement labor safety & health education & training.
