EGAT establishes and maintains a robust inspection procedure system that is documented and internalized with supporting checking procedures on the
production line. Such checks and inspections are aided with precision measuring (PME) and non-destructive inspection equipment (NDE) . Since quality
is to be owned by all at EGAT, each constituent member at EGAT is responsible to uphold the following:

EGAT's internal quality control policies and procedures to perpetuate work quality and zero-accident target,
which includes the documentation of all maintenance work records.

Undertake detailed inspection, with attention to details on workmanship, as well as supplied vendor parts and components to preserve flight safety on the airframes, engines and components.

Leveraging on inspection aids, tools and equipment. EGAT's PME facility provides detailed assessment of electrical and mechanical components while the NDE facility seeks out
concealed defects through tests such as Liquid Penetrate, Magnetic Particle, Eddy Current, Ultrasonic and Radiography.

EGAT quality assurance system through the Repair Station Quality Manual (RSQM), and Maintenance Organization Exposition (MOE). Besides a host of other national regulatory
bodies, EGAT’s RSQM has been qualified by:
- Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) of the United States
- Civil Aviation Bureau of Jpaan (JCAB)
- Civil Aeronautics Administration of the Republic of China (CAA)
- China Civil Aviation Association Airworthiness, Maintenance Committee (CAAC)
Besides the RSQM and MOE, EGAT is an ISO 9001:2000 certified quality organization, as well as a AS9100 B certified facility to support the RSQM and MOE.
