| EGAT's third hangar is operational |
|
On December 19th, 2007, EGAT's third hangar was officially opened and made operational. Evergreen's Group Vice Chairmen performed the ribbon cutting ceremony to formally declare the hangar opened for maintenance activities. The ceremony was witnessed by customer representatives, and management of EGAT. EGAT's third hangar will compliment and support EGAT's drive towards expanding its global airline customer portfolio.
Together, EGAT's three (3) hangars + one (1) narrow body shelter offers 34,900 m2 of covered space for airframe maintenance to EGAT's global customer base. The facilities are able to accommodate a mixed-array of 7 wide-body aircraft (such as B747, MD11, B777, B767) and 3 narrow body aircraft (such as B737, A320, etc.) simultaneously.
