| EGAT signs five-year engine services agreement with SAS. |

On Dec 10th 2008, EGAT signed a five-year engine overhaul services contract with Scandinavian Airlines (SAS) on its V2500 engines. SAS, the joint national flag carrier to Denmark, Norway, and Sweden, was created more than 6 decades back. Its fleet comprises more than 90 narrow-body and wide-body aircraft, with three (3) primary hubs at Copenhagen, Stockholm, and Oslo. It is both a founding member of the Star and the WOW Cargo airline alliances.
The long-term engine service and solutions partnership between both parties is also an important step towards greater business opportunities between airlines in Europe and Asia. The agreement cements EGAT business footprint in Europe and attests to EGAT’s reputation for quality and service delivery.
