| EGAT and Garuda – Partnership On CF6-80C2 engine. |

Garuda, the Indonesian national flag-carrier, and Evergreen Aviation Technologies (“EGAT”) inked a 5-year engine service agreement. In this partnership, EGAT will provide a comprehensive engine technical solution to Garuda's fleet powered by General Electric's CF6 engines on a flight-hour basis. EGAT looks forward to building on the confidence placed by Garuda on it, and to deliver a high value engine solution that contributes towards maintaining a high CF6-powered fleet dispatch at Garuda.
