| EGAT and Air Atlanta Icelandic – in Airframe HMV Partnership. |

Recently, EGAT inked a 5-year airframe service solution agreeement with Air Atlanta Icelandic (AAI). EGAT shall be performing heavy maintenance visit (HMV) services on AAI's B747-400s.
AAI is a premier passenger and cargo charter airline based in Kópavogur, Iceland. Headquartered in Reykjavík of Iceland, its fleet of more than 20-aircraft comprises A300 and B747 airframe family types. Besides its airline operations, AAI specialises in leasing aircraft on an ACMI wet lease basis to airlines worldwide to meet their customers' additional passenger and cargo capacity. Since mid-2007, the airline has applied increasing resources and assets to its air cargo operations.
AAI current operates charter services for Icelandic tour operators. Besides domestic destinations, it flies to more than 6 international destinations spanning the Middle East, Europe and America.
AAI's first aircraft will be inducted at EGAT's facility in mid-2010, for both HMV services and structural repair / airframe skin replacements, with the repairs and skin replacements being at EGAT's core competency.
