EGAT and JETAIRFLY - in Airframe HMV Partnership.

EGAT and the Belgian arm of TUI Group, Jetairfly, has inked a 3-year airframe service solution agreement. Specifically, EGAT shall be performing heavy maintenance visit (HMV) services on Jet's B767-300 airframes.

Headquartered in Ostend, and operating out from its home base in Zaventem, Belgium, it provides both scheduled and chartered air passenger services primarily to the Mediterranean and the Carribean.

The TUI Group, a pan-European airline grouping comprising seven airlines, forms one of the the largest international tourism travel groups in the world.

Jetairfly's fleet comprises B767 and B737 airframe types, and flies to more than 6 international destinations spanning the Middle East, Europe and America.

TUI's first aircraft will be inducted at EGAT's facility in February of 2010.
