EGAP, THE CURRENT SUPPLIER OF BOEING 777 FREIGHTERS' RCBS - RIGID CARGO BARRIERS

Evergreen Aviation Precision Corp., also known as EGAP, is the current supplier of Boeing 777 freighters’ RCBs - Rigid Cargo Barriers. This 3.3 meters length, 4.9 meters width RCB is installed in the forward part of the aircraft. The main purpose is to act as a barrier between cockpit and cargo for protecting cockpit crews’ safety from being hit by goods during taking off, landing or emergency. After the first article in December 2014, we have delivered 11 pieces in succession and will be delivering more until 2019.

EGAP is a manufacturing services provider of aerospace parts and assembly located at Guanyin Industrial Park in Taoyuan. Our first plant was just completed and launched in February 2015. Except for assembly business, we were successfully awarded a 6-year contract from GE Aviation of combustor case and diffuser for its next generation engine – LEAP. This breakthrough achievement not only enhances manufacturing techniques but also lays solid foundation for expanding future business.
