Ethical Management
The Company's Human Resources Division serves as the dedicated unit for promoting ethical management. It is responsible for supervising the implementation status of each unit, assisting the Board of Directors and the management team in reviewing and evaluating the effectiveness of the preventive measures established for ethical management, assessing the compliance status of relevant business processes, and preparing a report to be submitted to the Board of Directors once a year.
