The identification and communication of stakeholders is the basis for the sustainable development of an enterprise. EGAT attaches great importance to trust and communication with stakeholders. Adopting GRI Standards and the AA1000SES (Stakeholder Engagement Standards), stakeholders are categorized based on the five major principles of dependency, responsibility, influence, diversity of perspectives, and tension of concerns, and further defined into 7 major categories: Employees, Investors/Shareholders, Customers, Suppliers, Community, Government/Competent Authorities, and Acedemic Institutions.
