- GHG emissions in 2025 decreased by 1.01% compared with 2024.
- In 2025, renewable energy consumption reached 5,893.53 gigajoules (GJ). Annual power generation from the solar photovoltaic (PV) systems installed on the roofs of maintenance hangars totaled 4,094.90 GJ, contributing to a reduction of 539.16 metric tons of carbon dioxide equivalent (tCO2e).
- The proportion of self-generated and self-consumed renewable energy reached 53.34% in 2025.
- In 2025, total energy savings reached 3,700.21 GJ, with the replacement of chillers in the maintenance plant accounting for 63.42% of the total, equivalent to a reduction of 315.59 tons of carbon dioxide equivalent (tCO2e) in GHG emissions.
- Quarterly reviews of toxic chemical and air pollution regulations have been completed, and management SOPs for toxic chemicals have been established.
- The total amount of rainwater collected across the entire plant was 1,432 tons.
- The waste recycling rate for the entire plant was 36.33%.

- Adhere to the Code of Ethics and Business Integrity, achieve a 100% participation rate in employee business integrity training, and conduct two education and training sessions on business integrity and ethics for contractors.
- Corruption risk assessments were conducted for each operating site, and the results showed no significant risks.
- Total training hours for board members amounted to 75 hours, with an average of approximately 8.33 hours per member.

- Certified to ISO/IEC 27001:2022 and CNS 27001:2023.
- Completed information security awareness training for 3,494 participants and social engineering protection drills for 3,383 participants.

- All aircraft maintenance releases were completed in accordance with airworthiness regulations and passed the annual audits by the civil aviation authorities.
- Successfully obtained the EASA Part-147 maintenance training organization approval, becoming the first training institution in Taiwan to receive this certification and setting an industry benchmark.
- Prioritize the use of eco-friendly cleaning agents and plant-based cutting fluids in maintenance and manufacturing processes. Reduced carbon emissions from international transport by locally developing and producing maintenance tools, thereby promoting aviation sustainability.
- Green procurement reached NT$ 5 million in 2025.
- Completed the Tier 1 supplier sustainability risk assessment survey via the Supplier Self-Assessment Questionnaire (SAQ) and provided capacity-building training to strengthen supply chain resilience.
- We actively promoted a work culture of "safety first, quality first", resulting in 349 cases established in the SMS system, with a total reward of NT$ 398,600 issued.
- There were 119 newly qualified suppliers, all of whom had signed the Supplier Code of Conduct.
- Supplier Code of Conduct (SCoC) signing rate for Tier 1 suppliers was 95.37%.
- The overall average customer satisfaction score reached 8.88/10, with the service receiving positive feedback from many customers.

EGAT actively communicates its sustainability initiatives and performance with stakeholders. At the 8th Global Corporate Sustainability Forum and Joint Awards Ceremony hosted by the Taiwan Institute for Sustainable Energy (TAISE), the Company was honored with the Bronze Award for the Sustainability Report under the "Global Corporate Sustainability Award (GCSA)" and the Silver Award for the Corporate Sustainability Report under the "Taiwan Corporate Sustainability Award (TCSA)."

[Taiwan Index Plus Corporation 2025 SEED Rating: Grade A]
EGAT has been awarded an A rating in the SEED model evaluation by Taiwan Index Plus Corporation (TIP), demonstrating that the Company's overall performance and disclosure in sustainability governance, environmental management, and social responsibility are among the best in the market. This rating not only reflects external recognition of the Company's ESG efforts but also demonstrates EGAT's continuous commitment and achievements in enhancing sustainability performance.

[2025 Taoyuan International Airport Partner Sustainability Action Competition - Corporate Category Winner, Individual Category Special Excellence and Honorable Mention Awards]
Since 2023, EGAT has progressively implemented various climate adaptation plans and established phased carbon reduction targets leading up to 2050. The Company has planned ongoing investments in projects such as the construction of weather warning systems, the replacement of chillers, and the installation of solar energy systems to enhance climate adaptation and carbon reduction effectiveness. As a result, it won the First Prize in the corporate category of the competition, while two employees received the Special Award and Honorable Mention in the individual category.
