- Through systematic and traceable two-way communication platforms, including 200 departmental meetings, eight labor-management meetings, four employee welfare committee meetings, 24 occupational safety and health committee meetings, and two performance evaluation interviews, labor-management communication has been promoted, ensuring that employee concerns and suggestions are responded to and handled in a timely manner.
- The inaugural employee satisfaction survey was conducted this year, yielding an overall satisfaction score of 3.57 and an overall engagement score of 3.86. We will continue to enhance operational transparency and employee trust through mechanisms such as two-way labor-management communication, thereby improving employee retention and overall well-being.
- A total of 514 safety and quality recommendations were submitted through the safety reporting system, with the responsible units proposing improvement measures via the system's workflow.
- A total of 183 safety meetings and 28 quality coordination meetings were held to improve product safety and quality, reduce potential risks, and facilitate effective decision-making.
- Joint safety inspections were conducted on a rotating basis by department heads and the Occupational Safety Office. A total of 256 unsafe behavioral deficiencies were identified, and the responsible departments have proposed corresponding corrective and improvement measures.
- The Company values employee health and provides annual health checkups tailored to different age groups. In 2025, general health checkups were conducted in July. For special operations, such as employees working in environments with dust, organic solvents, or noise, special physical examinations were conducted in November to detect abnormalities early and implement health management.

- After major maintenance is completed, customer satisfaction surveys are randomly sent to customers for feedback. A total of 30 customer responses were received.
- Hold technical or quality control meetings with customers at least weekly, either in person or online, to communicate work details and technical specifications and to resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Any areas for improvement in quality and safety identified during regular annual customer audits are tracked through the quality audit management system, and corrective measures are proposed. A total of 44 cases were reported throughout the year; all have been resolved and the customers have been notified.

Additionally, suppliers make regular visits and hold meetings to collaboratively ensure the stability and resilience of the supply chain.
- The Procurement Department sends representatives to the MRO Asia Pacific exhibition annually to engage in face-to-face communication with suppliers, including original equipment manufacturers, to stay abreast of industry trends. In addition to discussing supplier performance in person, these visits enable the department to maintain a timely grasp of the actual status of the supply chain and plan proactive countermeasures.

- In 2025, industry-academia briefings for the new academic year were conducted with four universities of science and technology. These sessions covered the company profile, internship program planning, and compensation and benefits to enhance students' sense of belonging during their internships, encouraging them to undergo assessments for full-time positions and report for duty after completing their military service, thereby achieving the industry-academia goal of talent cultivation and recruitment.
- The maintenance plant collaborated with 13 universities and universities of science and technology, with a total of 136 students participating in internships. The manufacturing plant collaborated with four universities and universities of science and technology, with a total of 14 students participating in internships.
- A total of 12 seminars were held at the maintenance plant. Teachers from various schools conducted a total of 36 on-site visits according to the schedule planned by each school.
