Charitable Contributions and Social Participation

Upholding a sustainability vision of making society better, EGAT values charitable contributions and participation in social activities. By bringing together internal and external resources, the Company hopes to make substantive contributions to society and create mutual success and shared prosperity. EGAT promotes social participation mainly through the following aspects:

Industry-Academia Cooperation and Campus Visits

To help students discover their interests and future career paths, EGAT works with schools to organize visits that deepen students' understanding of the aerospace industry and improve future employability. In 2025, EGAT cooperated with National Cheng Kung University, Feng Chia University, Chinese Culture University, Chaoyang University of Technology, and Tamkang University to conduct corporate visits, increasing students' professional knowledge of aircraft mechanical repair and maintenance and cultivating future professionals. A total of five corporate visits were held in 2025, with 193 participants. EGAT also actively recruits at colleges and universities. In 2026, two internship cooperation rounds are planned for the first and second half of the year to provide students with opportunities to explore career paths, strengthen identification with the Company, and build maintenance talent reserves.

Taoyuan City Sheltered Workshop Procurement Gold Award

Based on corporate responsibility and the spirit of social care, EGAT invests in public welfare activities and donations to support disadvantaged groups. Since 2023, the Company has purchased goods from sheltered workshops in Taoyuan City twice each year, with purchase amounts increasing annually. In 2025, purchases totaled nearly NT$2.5 million, and EGAT was recognized by the Taoyuan City Government as an outstanding sheltered workshop procurement enterprise.

OPEN HOUSE

EGAT actively participates in care activities for children in remote areas and hopes to use its core-business strengths to cooperate with schools so children can better understand the aerospace industry. In 2025, ANA held an Open House event at EGAT, inviting students from Qingyuan and Zhongfu Elementary Schools to board aircraft for visits and inspiring their interest in aerospace through firsthand observation. University students were also invited this year, allowing more young people to gain deeper knowledge of the aviation industry. The event had 92 participants. In the future, two events are planned each year to continue providing visit opportunities for children in remote areas and young students.

Blood Donation Activity

To fulfill the social responsibility of ESG-based sustainable operations and the vision of giving back to society, EGAT worked with the Hsinchu Blood Center in 2025 to hold blood donation activities at its sites, enthusiastically supporting the spirit of donating one bag of blood to save one life. The activity was held once at each of the maintenance and manufacturing plants, collecting 318 bags of blood in total. EGAT hopes to continue holding related activities and contribute to helping patients in need.

Evergreen Symphony Orchestra Performance Ticket Sponsorship

In 2025, the Evergreen Symphony Orchestra performed four concerts at the National Concert Hall in Taipei and the Weiwuying National Kaohsiung Center for the Arts Concert Hall. EGAT supported Group members and the development of arts and cultural activities through ticket sponsorship, investing NT$1.2 million.

Supporting the Development of Organic Agriculture in Taiwan

The Yunlin Maguang organic group cultivation area is the largest organic farm in western Taiwan. It is an agricultural demonstration area guided by the Council of Agriculture and works with upstream and downstream local supply chains to establish a stable production and supply system. The organic group cultivation area can greatly reduce the risk of neighboring-field contamination during organic cultivation and use a large-scale organic farming model for planned production, forming economies of scale and promoting organic industry development. It can also improve agricultural production technology, enhance agricultural product competitiveness, and achieve diversified and balanced development. The Company has long cooperated with National Formosa University in Yunlin through industry-academia programs. To support National Formosa University's Farmers' University and the Yunlin County Fine Agriculture Production Cooperative's Sunshine, Sustainability, and Dream Fulfillment project, EGAT participated in the growth of Taiwan's organic agriculture and promoted upgrading of the rural industry chain. In 2025, the Company provided NT$2.5 million in adoption funding and cooperated with Maguang Farm of the Yunlin Production and Marketing Cooperative to grow organic corn, helping implement agricultural development goals.
